A "forth-rate" reporter from a weekly magazine becomes the driver for a former yakuza's information broker!? Kanji Mishima (Reo Sano) is a journalist for "Weekly Times," mainly handling gossip articles. Feeling a sense of emptiness and discomfort, he pursues only scandals of famous people, completely devoid of the journalistic spirit he once aspired to. One day, under the instructions of Chief Editor Asuka Nagasawa (MEGUMI), Mishima is tasked to pick up someone in Amagasaki. Nagasawa believes this is an opportunity for Mishima to see the world that can't be seen through ordinary living, fulfilling his past wishes. However, waiting for him is Keijiro Kihara (Kenta Kiritani), who looks anything but ordinary.
Kihara is a former assistant head of the Nishinomiya-kai (yakuza organization) and is currently well-versed in the underworld, politics, entertainment, and all fields. He is known as the legendary "Informa" among the information brokers.
