■Story
Madoka Wakatsuki (Kyoko Yoshine), a first-year medical intern, has just started work at Seiou General Hospital when she encounters a Code Blue incident inside the hospital. There, he is approached by a mysterious man named Shigeji Kakuta (Eiji Okuda) and invited to join him, and is impressed by the swift response of senior doctors he witnesses from up close.

However, once he begins his residency, he becomes increasingly uneasy with the "customer treatment" at Seiou General Hospital, where working hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and there is no harassment.

Meanwhile, veteran doctors such as surgeon Masaki Nishiyama (Masaaki Akahori), emergency center director Tomoya Shirosaki (Ryuta Sato), and internist Saeko Tezuka (Tae Kimura) were providing guidance while suppressing their frustration at the current doctor shortage and the inexperience of the trainees.

Together with fellow interns Chifuyu Ozaki (Hikaru Takahashi), Sho Igarashi (Ryusei Onishi), Kento Momoki (Kaito Yoshimura), and Moe Yokokawa (Sakurako Konishi), she begins her training in various departments under a system known as "super rotation". Madoka is initially assigned to the surgery department, where her supervising physician is surgeon Takeru Kanno (Nobuyuki Suzuki). However, the reality was contrary to her hopes, and she faced many obstacles, such as not being able to insert the IV needle properly, needing to go to the toilet during surgery, and even being mistaken for a nurse.

One day, Madoka goes to see Akane Yukawa (Mayumi Tanaka), a hospitalized patient she has been assigned to. When Akane complains of back pain, Madoka suggests that she consult Kanno, but Akane says,「It's just stiff shoulders, so it's fine」. However, this later develops into a serious situation......
